The accessibility working group runs a clinic every couple of months. It is a relaxed, practical session: you bring something you are unsure about and we look at it together, with a keyboard, a screen reader and the WCAG 2.2 criteria to hand.
Typical questions are things like: does this accordion work with NVDA, why does axe flag this colour pair, how do we meet the new target size rules in our footer, or what should our accessibility statement say about PDFs.
How it works
- Book a 20-minute slot when you RSVP, or drop in for the open discussion in the second hour.
- Share a URL on a staging site if your page is not live yet.
- Nothing you show leaves the room. Findings are yours to keep.
Joining details are sent to everyone who RSVPs on the community platform.
